Tim Dumbleton
CEO
Tim is the Chief Executive Officer at MicroGrid Networks and was a co-founder. Tim has more than 25 years of experience in design and construction, primarily with large projects in New York City. Tim’s interest in energy infrastructure started in 2018 when he met engineers who were looking to install a battery on a project he was building.
Prior to joining MGN, Tim owned and operated TADA, a Design and Development office in NYC where he served as principal in a dozen real estate developments in residential and commercial properties. Tim also was former Managing Partner of TEN Arquitectos in New York and Mexico City.
Tim has a Masters Degree from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania. He is a licensed architect in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Florida, and Texas and is NCARB Certified.

Emerick Paterson
Managing Director Development
Emerick Patterson is responsible for site acquisitions, landowner, and AHJ relations. Before MGN, Emerick was a General Manager at Heritage Equity Partners, where he helped develop and re-zone large-scale commercial and residential projects in Brooklyn, NY. Emerick started his career in emerging market investment backing at INTL FC Stone and built a data-driven real estate investment platform at Marcus & Millichap, closing over $200 million in commercial transactions. Additionally, he has held positions at Tishman Construction (AECOM) and Cogent Communications, a Tier I Internet Service and Data Center provider.Emerick has a master’s degree from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Engineering from Arizona State University.Description goes here

Tim Harrison
Controller
Tim Harrison brings 10+ years of experience in accounting and financial management. Tim’s background includes both public accounting and private industry experience where he has worked across multiple renewable energy sectors, including hydro, solar, and wind. Previously, Tim has served in leadership roles at independent power producers and developers and has a strong passion for the energy transition.
Tim is a Certified Public Accountant (Vermont) and holds the Certified Management Accountant designation. Tim received his Masters in Accounting from Champlain College and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo.
